Kory Wells was a bartender before he was an agency founder. He spent years watching people grind on a side hustle, launch a shop, or run a trade they were excellent at, then lose the next customer because they did not have the time, the tools, or the team to show up in public the right way.
He understood people before he understood platforms. The technical part came later, because it had to. He learned the tools, kept what worked, and cut everything that did not.
Most marketing firms were built for clients with deep pockets and dedicated teams. Wells and Co was built for everyone else: the contractor who is world-class at the work and invisible online, the founder who is pre-revenue, the owner who has already been burned.
