Where should I start?

Start with a Free Brand Audit or a free 30-minute consultation. We will look at where your business is today, what is working, what is getting in the way, and what would make the biggest practical difference. There is no pressure to buy something just because we talked.

Will I have to replace the tools or systems I already use?

No. If the current setup works, we would rather build around it than create another problem. If we recommend a change, we should be able to explain why it would make your business easier, more reliable, or more effective.

Is there really no long-term contract?

Yes. We do not require clients to stay locked into a long-term marketing contract. Ongoing services are designed to work month to month unless a specific project agreement says otherwise, and the final approved assets created for your business are yours according to that agreement.

Do I need to know which service I need before we talk?

No. You do not need a marketing plan, a service name, or a list of tools. Tell us about your business. We will start there.

Is the Free Brand Audit actually reviewed by a person?

Yes. A real person verifies your business, reviews public information, chooses the observations that matter, and reviews the final three-page audit before it is delivered. Technology helps organize the work. It does not replace the person reviewing your business.

Do I have to become a client after the audit?

No. The audit is written to stay useful even if you handle the next steps yourself. The last page includes both a self-serve path and an invitation to talk if you want help.

How fast is the Free Brand Audit?

The completed three-page audit is typically sent to the email you provide within one business day. If your business cannot be confidently identified, we will ask for clarification before guessing.
